Problem starting the TII
I turn the key and it trys to start but it won't start unless it gets a jump.I allready got the alternator and the battery tested their both fine.Do you think it's the starter or bad connections?How can I clean the connections safelly?Please give your input thanks.

two things, battery volteg is a most the rule of thum is not to drop below 10v when cranking ,higher is always better so don't take this to court, and there is a bypass relay for Tlls which jumps the volteg up for the fuel pump when cranking , in short the fuel pump is a two speed , a resister is used for normal run this is found under the air filte. If the contacts in the relay are bad you never get the bypass.
