Please Help!

I purchased a 93 5psd TT rx7 a few months back that had a blown motor, i bought a JDM swap and a friend helped my with the swap and once everything was installed, it cranked, but wouldn't fire. We went through the codes and there was nothing too drastic but here's the problem:

*The car will crank, but not fire (without ether and several tries)
*The rear rotor is getting flooded with fuel, but the front rotor is firing fine.
(we've already checked for spark, it's there. As well as having changed out the injectors, rails and coils)
*The car is shooting exhaust fumes out of the intake.
(we figured it was the Crank Angles being reversed, nope. Tried that and had no change)
*Changed out the ECU guessing it was a bad computer, wrong again. They both have the same symptoms.
*The car's timing is 50 degrees off! According to the manual, the car will start up to 20 degrees off in a safe mode.

I really don't know what else could be causing the timing so far off, or the rear rotor flooding, and never firing. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appriciated as i've exhausted all options.
