Lost my Pics of 13b rew teardown, Need help with...

As the title says, I lost pretty much all the pictures of my 1999 RHD RX-7 FD tear down of the 13b-rew engine from my phone. I have a few pics on my lap top, but they are not of any help at all. I do have a copy of the Mazda manual, but trying to decipher those hand draw pictures kind of sucks, especially since I'm ditching some stuff on the engine.
Right now i'm trying to figure out how and where all those engine harness connectors go. Just to let you know, i'm building it as a single turbo, upgrading the fuel rails and injectors, and have deleted the rats nest and added blanking plates to where ever i can. Now for the fun part. I already cleaned up the harness and replaced some of the worn out chafe protection. Where do all those damn connectors go as most of the connectors are the same. (really smart Mazda). Also which connectors can i just dyke off?
If anyone can help out with some clear pictures of their build, that would be so appreciated. I'd love to get this back in the car sooner rather than later.
Thanks in advance.

These are from the 1994 USDM FSM and Wiring Manuals. So not directly applicable to 1999 JDM.

Connectors for the rats nest present different. But you 199 harness connectors should colour match to the colour dots on the rat box.

The 1999 wiring manuals should show you the outline of the shape of the male and female side of each connector and their location in the wiring schematic.

You have downloaded the "Laujesse Manuals" right?

Most of the emissions harness connectors connect to periphery devices. It would be more obvious once you install the motor.

There is a branch of the emissions harness that runs back to the sensors on the transmission in the transmission tunnel. It often gets cut off.
