My rx7 1988 series 4 wont start. My mechanic said it has low compression. And if i tow start the car it will go but very rough. What is wrong with my car. Is it broken apex seals?

All EGR gone . Air pump and air con. Only mods are 2 and half exhaust . HKS air Filter .

Plz help indentify what is worng with my car

This may work or it may not but you might want to try. Ok take your leading spark plugs out and pour a little bit of oil into each housing. What this will do is seal the apex seal to the housing a little bit more maybe creating enough compression to start the car. If the apex seals are broken there really is nothing you can do.
