Can you fill a 2nd gen through the shifter? If so thats way easier than pumping into the fill plug :D

If not the hammer thing usually works for these situations.

not with these, the tube that the shift rod is in doesnt drain the 'turret' into the rest of the transmission, just not enough space to flow that thick of a fluid

Hey guys
I just took off the sensor on the tranny and filled it from there, it takes around 3.2 L of trans fluid so now it has some oil in it and I will just bring by the shop and screw around with it there.

By the way, i have an 1986 S4 and I bought an 1990 S5 (body rotted), swapped everything from the motor and all the electrical over. Now I have a full S5 swap into my 86 pretty sweet. I am having a bit of problems with my hazards and turn signals not work and my blower motor not working, everything is plugged in and all fusses are good. I dont know what is wrong.
