end play spacer damage

is this still usable if i smooth down the parts warped upward(damage is at the edge of the spacer so the top and side both have damage). not sure how functional of a bearing surface this usually is against the counterweight and the inside diameter of the thrust bearing. any experts here :)

by no means am I an expert but when it comes to anything crutial like endplay I would replace it

it wouldn't effect the endplay since it is the thickness of the spacer that sets endplay. my main concern is wear it might cause to the parts in contact with it, i don't think it will.. but trying to confirm

Dude, it's 10 bucks from Ray Crowe. I can't believe you're considering it using it......

The spacer is not a bearing surface. If it is still dimensionally correct in thickness and diameter it would be fine. But they are cheap to replace.
