Unhappy electrical problem.

Hello,
I have an 88 turbo. My passenger window switch doesn't work, I got another one and it also does not work but the switch is good(friends car) How do I go about finding the source? I can do electrical work but I don't know which or what to test.
Any info would be great!!!!!!

the power goes to the drivers switch, then to the passenger switch, then to the window motor. if you know the pass switch is good then there is only other 2 parts and the wiring.
