Unhappy big problems, heavy modified 13b truck

i have a 1988 doge ram 50 that i bought about a month ago, its a 13b turbo carbureted blow through style. i recently started having a whining noise witch i thought was the alternator, and then the a/f ratio started showing it was running really lean, and alost dying at idle after i drive for any amount of time. im new to this, and am having a very hard time finding the problem.
if anyone could help me pm me. i recorded everyting and uploaded it to youtube, this is the video.

It says it’s running lean, but there’s flames popping from the exhaust, and it smells like fuel?

Does it whine with engine rpm or is it more based on the turbo speed. AFR gauge will read lean if the engine is misfiring also, seems counter intuitive but thats how they work. id try a new set of spark plugs , probably fouled.

sorry I didn’t take it down, it was a few different problems. Carb was way out of wack, and it had a intake manifold gasket leak, I’ll take it down. 👌🏻

That looks like a narrowband air fuel guage. I would take what it says with a grain of salt and put a wideband in.
