Has anyone ever used the summit racing external fuel pump or will does this not have enough power for the rotary?

I have one that is available to me, but we are also trying to get a car that was sitting up for 10 years not running, so I'd rather not create anymore problems since the old fuel tank and pump had to be junked... We seem to be having a problem getting the car to run on fuel. It will run on starter fuild all day, but does not seem to be getting fuel... I am planning on testing the injector leads tonight and make sure they are pulsing.. I am thinking that are injectors are stuck since the car sat up for so long.
