Question Fuel/Ignition cut with stock settings

Finally got her on the road after 8 months of upgrade downtime...she was completely stock prior to this.
First phase complete. I did the following:

Efini Ypipe
Vacuum Hose
Air Conditioning System removal
Emissions removal: EGR AP ACV
Coated downpipe with new O2
Coated Resonated Midpipe
Catback duals
Pulley Kit: Main Alt WP
KN Drop in
NEO Synthetic
PFC w Commander (Virgin) Tuning in 2 weeks
Drycell lightweight battery

Question: Ran her after the PFC install using boost default setting 2 and inadvertently hit fuel cut 3x !
No fuel cut with setting 1. Defaults are as follows:
1. PR .80 kgcm2 56% (11.38psi)
SC .70 kgcm2 64% (9.96psi)

2. PR .90 kgcm2 62% (12.80psi)
SC .80 kgcm2 70%

Correct me if Im wrong but i thought PFC controls boost up until 1 bar (14.5psi).. greatly appreciate any
info provided to this rookie .... I would set the commander at peak hold and run her again at setting 2 but
although its a nice justification for porting...the funds are lacking...

idled the car for 30 minutes prior to my boost run....was this too early ?

the first number is the setting for fuel cut once it goes 5%( i forget exactly) over that it hits fuel cut. the second number is wastegate duty cycle if you raise or lower the wastegate duty you should raise or lower the boost. just up the boost to 15 psi.....

Question .........

just to add:
checked the maps and as a result from cross referencing skotx and cewrx7r1 info on base stock vs mod...figures retrieved from my virgin pfc for fuel are that of base stock... igt and igl are for base mod..

Not sure if you have a nice intercooler but on cold nights or cold wether in general it's really easy to hit the boost limit without your wastegate ported. Use your monitor setting and view just your boost to see what it hits and when fuel cut happens.
