ACT Cluth problem anyone have this happen ?

I have noticed it smelling like I'ts burning or like when ya mis a gear ! I have a aluminum 9.5 flywheel and a ACT street strip clutch and pressure plate.
I put a speed bleeder in and blead the system clean
ajusted the pedal hight and play But it gets sticky sometimes and I smell it burning when I fire it up
just holding the pedal in When I start it !

I'm thinking it's the master slave cylinder it's original
49k but the clutch set up has 4k miles

What do ya think anyone???

Could be tranny oil. That stuff will gas off the tranny if you have even the smallest bit on the case.

just checked

I just checked inside the service plate and every thing looks clean, just a little dust.
I have the wife push the peddel down to see if it was working correctly I see the throw out bearing and
lever working properly !
But the clutch seems to pull away slightly, like about
less than a 1/6th of an inch when the peddel is to the floor I wonder if that is normal ? and the snap ring is
out about a 1/2 inch !

I spayed it down with brake clean and I'll test tomarrow night !

any other Ideas guy's

Thanks

That happened to me before I replaced the stock clutch (the sticking). I now have an ACT clutch and LW FW.

I had to replace the master and the slave too. That was at about 84K.

Since I did that, no problems. I put in a stainless braided hose too (to the slave). Figured that I might as well upgrade that at the time.

Thumbs up Found the Problem !

I replaced the Cluth slave cylinder ! Nope that's not it
wasted $70 bucks started to remember what RX7TT
said so I checked the bolts on the pressure plate and Bling Bling they were loose !!! (about hand tight ) !
So I took them out 1 at a time and put locktight on them !
