If anyone wants to see my old 79 with the Body Kit!

Here's a pic-
As far as performance- it had 225/5015's (Yokohama's) on it, no emmisions, electric fan, headers, pacesetter cat back (oh, I am SOO sorry..)....re-jetted carb..ram air intake...
It probably ran high 15's....
MAN the thing cornered like it was on rails.... you could jump on the roof and you couldn't get the car to move.... VERY stiff.... I loved it!
I could take a 90 degree corner at 60-70 km! I loved those wheels.

This isn't bad for a 17 year olds first real car!! It bit me with the rotary bug, but no 2nd or 3rd gen will ever match that pure go-kart feel.

The bondo filling the rear indent (above license plate) was cracking, and the rear rotor was losing compression... and it only had a 4speed- (highway=very loud!) so I sold it, and the new owner is putting in a 350!! arghh...gurgle..

schweet. i like how the air dam runs up the fender, as if it was 1 piece.

The dumb thing is I can't even remeber the brand if the kit- it was ALL fiberglas though... really wide fenders, the picture doesn't do it justice... I have a few more, If I can find them I'lll post them! (shows the back, and the rims)
