Pics of My FC as Promised (10 Pics)

Here are the pix of my car that I said I would post. Any comments or suggestions? BTW: the $5 dual pulley is posted in the pix as well (search forum for info). I didn't give her a bath before posting, so she is a little dirty.

I like everything except the front bumper. The lines in it make it look dated to me, but still looks nice.

Thumbs up

very nice. im not a big fan of the front lip either, or a turbo II hood on an NA, but it by no means looks bad. all in all thats a sweet car...even without a turbo!

Nice and clean! Seems as if you have mud flaps? I have never seen mudflaps on a second gen that I can recall.

Nice car. I'm not a big fan of exhaust tips that big, but I LOVE that color! I think the ground effect and the wheels complement each other very well. Nice Ride!

Very nice. One of the few S4's that I have seen that the black moldings look good! Very nice job!

Car looks great... 90 GXL right?
I like the TII hood scoop, but not from a purists standpoint..
It'll also reduce your radiator cooling too.... but not too much.

Hey, here's what your lip would look like if you dremel'd those horisontal louvers out....look a lot better in my opinion, and probably not too hard of a job... just be carefull
Oh- this pic took me about 30 sec to do.... I am in a rush!! So I know it could be better!!

Looks a lot nicer in my opinion!

Dude, I love your car, but I would be outside sawing those louvers off the front air dam right now! it looks A LOT better with out them. I also like the headlight scoop and I for one like the exhaust. Ever thought about getting a rear bumper piece to make the car look lower in the rear to match the front and sides?

Here is some of the information on the car. It is a 1986....yes 1986 NA with 200K miles on it. Apexi N1 dual, kaminari body kit (front), Mariah side skirts. Yes SAMPS, they are Mazda mud flaps. I have done much to the car to bring it up to date. I am surprised none of you asked about the flat-ish strut bar. If anyone is curious, it is a 93-97 strut bar with FC mounts (I like it better than the round bar). The engine has some performance mods, no emissions. Of course it came with manual steering :-) I made shure that with every pound that I added, I subtracted equal weight (leather seats, added aluminum hood, power windows, took out all emissions crap, etc...) Thanks for the compliments. I bet it is one of the nicer 86 FC's out there. Anyone have a sapphire blue 5A 2nd gen.? I don't see too many in that color.

WOW! Pretty color! I like those wheels. But, I never have been a fan of those big 'ol exhuast pipes..look kinda dorky to me. I really like only one pipe. Everything else looks real neat!
