My solution for heat shielding for wiring harness

DEI heat shield mat 3/16 inch thick 2000 degrees protection on the aluminum side; also wrapping the wiring harness in the heat sheath velcro type DEI.

During the repair after my fuel line fire I covered all the fuel lines with fire sleeve as well. It's frequently used in aircraft and racing cars. Get it at www.bakerprecision.com
