I had to go to Seattle Friday night and fix my truck after my dad got into a fender bender earlier last week. He needed it somewhat fixed before he left for Colorado next Tuesday. I had to use a giant waste bin pickup point, 7000 lbf tow strap and the trucks own motorized power to bend the bumper out of the wheel well. Then used crowbars and a mallet for the rest. Gorilla taped the headlight since all the plastic clips broke, all in all not a bad temporary fix.

Well, two weeks in a row now I've been mostly working on other people's cars. Spent most of the weekend getting Cartapex's car running mostly right with street tuning and fixing small issues, like a loose oil return fitting off of the turbo. The tune is pretty close, just needs to be dyno tuned now.
However, I was able to start on the modification of my hood. Need to cut out the support structure, form the lip and then weld on a new support structure. I also got a hood pin assembly and will be putting that in too.

Alright, so I started the process of forming the front lip and made a template of the curvature I need to follow for the support structure. Will be making a support frame before I finish the top surface. Need to remove the exposed support frame under the new lip now.
