aite....new problem!!!

ok ive started to pull the a/c out....decompressed and everything
just that....THE 1st bolt on the pulley thing on the powersteering is stuck...wd40 and everything went on and still wont budge.....
i moved over to install the turbo did everything till the injector rails....from then on THOSE bolts were dead stuck......

what can i do??

which "pulley thing"...the tensioner?


either way.....stuck bolts will need either a long time soaking or some good and accurate heating without burning up anything else....

if all else fails Ill send out my girlfriend - she can crack 'em for ya...lol (joke)

get a breaker bar, it will give you more levearge. or slide a pipe on your socket wrench handle

i tried that before with a dead bolt trying to remove a chair....the bolt snapped
