Got a DECENT motor for my 10AE! 400HP!
Well, let's just say... **** this complicated rotary ****. I spoke with some people this past week, and got me a real motor. The guy is hooking me up, it's only going to cost me $2k. Not bad for 400hp! Three Hundred and fifty cubic inches of POWER in my lovely MINT 10th anniverserry.
I spoke to my uncle, He says he can make it fit without cutting up the car too much! Might have to modify the hood a little but eh, oh well! at least it'll be fast!
Only 1500 made, and now one will have some real power.
Weight distribute this!

uh oh, just to warn you people here aren't very friendly towards v8 conversions. I'd like to see some pics of your progress/etc. What tranny do you plan to use?

eh, clutches get to be a pain after driving in traffic all day. Besides, autos can launch! and shift! and everything! all for you! I'm getting a shift kit asap.

What a waste of a car! Might as well haul that thing to a junker after that conversion is done!!!! If you wanted a 350 with a 3 speed auto get an older MUSCLE CAR! Why wreck such a peice of artwork and beauty as is the RX-7?!

Are you that much of a rotor hater? I've had my '87 TII since almost new. On it's last rotary motor (1 of 3), it spanked the hell out of a '98 'Vette- auto, in the 1/4.
Ironically, it now has an '00 'Vette motor.
However, lets see some pics of the car and engine together. Or maybe some posts on the 'V8RX7' forum?

not to mention he only posted that to get everyone all worked up. Notice how he uses a 10ae in MINT condition? The emphesis on 10ae and the condition of it point to him being full of ****... in which case he is still a retard.
