I've taken apart the door panels and rear panels and I found no evidence sound deadening materials heh... unless you consider the panels themselves as sound...

I'd have second that one... 18s on cars w/ stock suspension make the car look like monster trucks. 18s will look good if the car is lowered with the tires about flush w/ the wheel well.

I have 18x8 up front and 18x9 in the rear. 18s look good but honestly I think 17s would be a better choice as far as performance goes. The car does feel a little more sluggish w/ 18s than the stock...

only thing that comes to mind when you say power expander is maybe a "megaphone" style dp that gets slightly larger as it reaches the center section of the exhaust... sorta like some of the apex cat...
