I'm hopping on my plane on the 27th this month and planning to be out there for the 7th. I'm just trying to figure out transportation at the moment.

AFAIK - I'll be going to the Mazda Festa in Tsukuba Circuit for most of the day and maybe hitch a ride over to Daikoku PA or any of the places after. I guess it just depends on the weather a bit.
