Haltech or microtech

i am doing a turbo conversion on my 91 fc. and i am lookin into getting a haltech or a microtech. people tell me this is better or that is better, but none ever tells me why or gives any reason. I am looking to get around 450hp to the ground. i am doing lots and lots of upgrades. i am planning on 1600cc sec. and 720cc primarys. are there things to look out for with them. i.e. failures, or any kind of problems?

Thanks

big debate in 2nd gen forum about it ^^

debate about it on teamfc3s.org

i think its pretty much up to what the tuner know how to tune.

in those 2 threads it should give you some good info on which to choose.

Oh, you're asking for trouble.

I'd get what you can get the best (local) tech support for...

It's like rooting for your favorite sports team. They are all pretty much the same, but you still have a favorite, even if there is no logical reason.

So you are using nuclear power to get that 450hp to the ground?
