Anyone using emanage blue have any problems like mine?
The indicator light blinks red, green, amber? I cant seem to communicate wiht the emanage unit? I cant get it to show me what version update is on the main unit. My support tool shows 1.11. but show -- for the main unit. I keep trying to install updates and have so many problems. Not sure what to do. Thanks

 

Ok if anyone gets interested, i cleared the support tool software off the laptop. I am using windows XP btw. I reinstalled the cd and went to the 120-140-full update exe and installed the support tool from there. Then installed 149 update and BINGO. Everything works. Now I need to see a DYNO.
