My location puts me at no tuners available to tune for me or dyno available. This means I will have to do evrything myself. I am asking what would the best stand alone EMS be to controll a turbod 13b for a first time tuner?

I have heard that haltech has some great base maps that members have to offer. I have allso heard that Microtech has made some great improvements recently and should be considered for my situation. But I have allso heard from tuners that the microtech is bad stuff for rotarys.

What do you guys have to say?
