From APexi PFC EMS to ???

i have 2 series 6 FD's one for street and one for track. both have apexi PFC EMS's which have served me well, however my tuner has moved to another state and have to look into finding another tuner. problem is no one knows APEXI and rotary together. some really good experience in microtech is available nearby. would this be a step down as some have told me...or should i look into ViPec which was recommended to me by someone else (who is a great tuner for EVO's, STI's and GTR's) but has limited rotary experience.

i have just installed a new bridgeport and done 1000km's run-in and now want to have it race-tuned.

thanks in advance

Yes, This would be a big step down even coming from the already outdated PFc

ViPEC is a really good option. If that what your tuner is comfortable with you should probably stick with that.

Adaptronic Select Mazda RX-7 ECU

Description is pretty detailed compared to the Apexi Unit.

If you have someone who knows ViPECs I would stick with that. Trying to switch to an Adaptronic will be a waste of time. The extra money for the ViPEC will be well worth it for both you and your tuner.
