I agree, it looks cool.

Leave the blue seat, or get a yellow Garage Thrash one.

nightridaz777 01-19-10 07:33 PM

ilia do you have modded knuckles?

danegerous 01-22-10 04:02 AM

cuz if not I'm getting metal fenders tomorrow. So sick of my garbage raceoneusa vented ones that fit like ass

ilia 01-22-10 10:31 AM

I don't have knuckles, or any angle modifications. :(

I like metal fenders. I think it makes it easier to mount the front bumper, too, since you can just ziptie it on to the metal fender and it's strong enough to hold it.

I leave almost all of my fender bolts unbolted, so that the fender car move a bunch. The fenders can go up like half an inch at least, for when I scrape my bumper, or they can go left or right when you're at full lock and need the extra wheel clearance.

danegerous 01-22-10 02:48 PM

good advice. I'm sitting pretty flush with cheesy vented fenders but dude to the knuckle mod and to squeeze more room before hitting anything PSM threw a spacer on. Here's where I'm at now, you can't really see how filled out it is in the front but's there like a fingers room with these wheels up front. I have bigger wheels up front and with a 225 45 I wouldnt be able to fit anything in there

NoPistons! 01-22-10 02:58 PM

Ilia, you ever catch shit for not having blinkers up front?

GET MORE FOOTY!

And thanks for the info on the metal fenders. I want to go glass this summer maybe. I should have enough to pick up fenders and spacers for the 17x9's i'm fixing to get.

Zenki FC3S 01-22-10 03:24 PM

Dude BN looks sooooo sick with stock fenders!!!! Dmax 30mm fronts make the BN skirts flare out less. I might get some different sized wheels so i can rock major angle mods and BN on stock fenders, that would be too sick:nod:

Razmus 01-22-10 03:29 PM

ilia..You need a cunt hair spacer in the front!!!11. I dig it though.

Zenki FC3S 01-22-10 05:00 PM

40's on a 17 for sure, but 40's can look really good on 18's too. i have 225/40/18 azenis on my 9.5 and it looks great, and has good stretch.

psshhh

suspension compresses what dog? Your shit has only compressed when you sat in it in the driveway.

PS You back in CO?

danegerous 01-23-10 01:09 AM

What are your front wheel sizes illia? if you don't mind me asking

Twins80s 01-23-10 10:11 AM

danegerous what size spacers are you running in the front? I am also running fr500's and should have modded knuckles soon. I already figured I was gona need 25mm spacers and wide fenders up front to match.

danegerous 01-23-10 05:43 PM

Thats almost my same set up...20mm spacer and a 25mm overfender. I don't run those wheels anymore I have 17x9.5+3 w/ the spacer so I'd like maybe ditch the spacer and go to metal fenders if at all possible

JebusFC 01-24-10 02:35 PM

Changed up front to 215/40 and got my kit painted and test fitted. Nothing really mounted properly yet.

I might do this too. Do you bolt/cable tie the front of the guard to the factory bracket or leave it chilling?

danegerous 01-24-10 06:12 PM

I would do dirty, unforgivable things to own a chaser like that
