I recently completed a purchase with Sgt.Stinkfist and when I go to leave feedback for him I get the following error:

There were the following errors:
There was an error in your deal details!

I have filled out all of the fields so what gives?

 

Hard to diagnose without looking over your shoulder, but when this happens it's always that either a field is missing, or you put incorrect data in one of the fields (like numbers in a field that's expecting letters). Sorry I can't be of more help.

Thanks for the screenshot. Have you tried it putting in some extra comments, perhaps a sentance or so?

 

The system wants the box filled in...THAT is what is displayed in the feedback profile if you go to the member's history log. I'm not sure who reads the first part where "Good Buyer" was filled out.

I have been having the same issue for a few months now, I kind of feel bad that I cant leave positive feedback to some great sellers on here.

Can you please explain a bit further your above post? Is there a solution to this issue?

You have to fill in all fields, and with more than just a few characters. There's really not much more to it than that. It's a software limitation we can't fix, just have to live with.
