New posts function not working

It either plain doesn't work, or brings up just new posts. Doesn't bring up the drop down to let me pick "my posts" or "my threads"

I'm using Internet explorer 7

I found the function just now though - you have to click in between "search" and "quick links" and then a HUGE drop down list appears. Don't know if that's how you guys want it or not though

Same thing here. Before the recent software install I would get a drop down list when clicking on New Post like it should, but I don't get that anymore. Nothing happens when I click on it now.

I hope someone is getting to this. The new post function is the function I use the most on this forum. Without this function working I am finding myself losing interest in checking in...

DrKillJoy, I would like to know if this is being addressed?

Is this a high or low priority?

It is of a very high priority to me in regards to this forum. My RX7Club surfing enthusiasm is taking a big hit.

Just looking for some kind of response from the mods or admin...

Thanks, C

Yeah, I am hardly on the forum any more, its weird. For the most part I just get on and see if this has been fixed then get off once I realize that, it is still messed up.

it works if u click between "search" and "quick links", huge drop down menu as previously noted. i must say that w/o the "my post" function i have a much harder time using the forum, hard to access the topics i'm interested in.

Damn, I need to read better.. I was trying to click between the New Post and Search. I did just try between Search and Quick Links and it does work. Actually, it is just the quick links button. I don't know about having to click between them.

Odd place to put it but as long as it works I am much happier.

I'm glad I'm not the only crazy one who misses the "my posts" function.

Do we still not have a reason? If it's working for the admins, what browser are you using?

I have tried three different browsers and none worked, I am fairly convinced it is some sort of user setting.

Sorry guys, I've been away for a week.

I just checked it in 3 browsers.. it works. You guys need to clean out your caches or something I think.

FWIW - It's not an admin thing either.. I checked it with my wife's account and her's works fine too.
