Easy implamentation and can connect users quickly, spouting help imediately rather then waiting for forum responses.

just a thought, works fine for my other project on mightyd50.com ....

Yeah, nopistons.com has the Shitcrate, which is essentially what you are talking about. Its pretty cool.
