The smart time to rebuild is before your engine fails, this may sound funny but can save you thousands of dollars in the end, more so with the 3RD gen. cars.
Have your car looked at by a known shop that has rotary experience, have a compression test and coolant pressure test done, check for any signs of oil loss or usage.
Like I told you in a previous thread with the mods. you have to be very careful with these cars, if they’re not set-up the right way, disaster is in your future.
Take some advice from someone who’s been there and back again. As far as storage…your car should be put away now….good luck
