To make a long story short, I think im being ripped off by CP racing. I say think, becase I dont want to bad mouth anyone just yet, but im getting close. Basically I made an order for their sleek headlights on May 5, 2005 and have not recieved the yet. The last correspondence from Chris Campitelli was on July 20, 2005, and thats it. I haven't seen that show.Is it a reality show where you take in a nice car give to CP racing and they transform it into complete piece of sh#t ?

I stopped by today, they are still open. They are on Advance in brampton. No phone number that i know of.

Chris said he is going to ship his lights out. If not he's 5 minutes from my house.

No. That was the first Tuner Transformation show and it had nothing to do with CP. CP had no part in the 1st season.

 

Sounds like the samething he told the guy months before, Tal seeing that your a go between for CP tell the fool to give the man his money back.

I had a similar situation with them last year. Maybee it was the year before. Anyhooo,,,, I found out they where on Ebay selling stuff, and had just sold a set of lights to a guy. I had been waiting for three months at that point. I went online to ebay warning him in a email about my intentions if he did not respond. He did not respond so I outbid guys on 6 or so items they where selling. Covette strut bars ect ect. I had no intention on paying for them. My intention was to get his attention! And it worked. He emailed me right away, "Whats going on, is this a mistake?" LOLOLOLOL...... I hit that ***** in the pocket book, cause he was going pay some hefty ebay fees! I had my lights one week later. He never gave me any feedback, and I never to him. BUt I sure got the last laugh, and he got my FOOT UP HIS ***!

Try to hit him there...... I know they are no longer on ebay, go figure... LOLOLOLOLOLOL....

Got ya....After being dicked around for so long I wasn't sure the guy would want to put Cp crap on his car...which is poor quality at best....I hope he know's that.

 

Really Charn, and In no way way I am "stirring the pot", but how Is this Indicative or suggestive to say that he Is "stepping up to defend CP again"? He Is simply correcting CP's role In what time period they started TV tuner transformation - thats It.

tcrown420: I really cannot say what went wrong with your sour transaction b'n CP Racing and yourself. I do share your enthusiasm on getting back your funds or parts. I am willing to help as much as need be but If their Is nothing constructive added to this thread In getting something done to benefit yourself I will be forced to close this thread.

The constant upbringing of CP Racing's name and "being scammed" Is becoming a total local embarrassment. I truly hope that they provide a reason to NOT give truth of their actions as of recent.

 

Buddy of mine waited well over a year for his light kit on his FB. When he finally harped them enough, he eventually received it. I am completely indifferent to CP because I havent dealt with them. Weither I choose too or not is my buisiness. Just stating an situation I observed and adding input.

Moral. Harp them enough and you shall receive one of the two things you may seek. Product or Money. Eventually they will deliver. Or so I have observed.

 

Point being that the thread is specifically about a person asking for help obtaining a product from CP. Aaron knows Chris very well and has his ear. Instead of speaking to the issue at hand he chooses to defend CP's reputation on a point that is secondary in the thread. Why not speak to their apparently poor business practise rather than try and clarify exactly which year of butchered Tuner transformation cars they work on.

My point is that Aaron's own reputation suffers as long as he associates himself with CP without addressing their obvious short comings. I hope that makes my point clear.

 

More drama, Andres(the post starter) did have his friend come in on saturday, and we did get your email today. Lights you can have them or your money back not an issue either way. As for Jim and Derek(aka the Manning motor killers) and others that love to hop onto the hate CP band wagon, I guess with A-spec gone you all need to hate someone..or feel you are justified, fine. Wankler, yes..we are slow to ship and it makes everyone upset...we are working on it. As for the show, we did not do season one those cars have nothing to do with us. We are not out of nor or we going out of business, we are by appointment only now. We do not normally post online, but felt we should make an exception based on Tyler's visit and his friends concern. Everyone gets their parts, sometimes quicker than others. Aaron is in the know, which the rest of you posters are not, which is why he is able to cut the fat from the misinformation posted. We will not post in this thread again, so taunting, calling out and crazy assumptions are best saved for another time. Regards,

I must say, as much as everyone hates cp, they're good guys to deal with. If you have a problem then why not go pick it up if local? or know someone who is.
