Not the one we had last year. That one is already booked. The one I could book is at the very very top of the mountain. Its above the one we had last year and theits the one we had for two years in a row 4 years ago.

Buggy 12-08-11 10:33 PM

I'd go for #220 at the top of the mountain. Gotta love a good mountain view. :)

So we waited to late. Everything almost booked. Left very little options.

I booked Top of the Mountain Unit 220 only 4bedroom left at the resort which we had three years ago. Unit last year is unavailable. http://www.nvnc.com/lodging_specs.php?intid=26

What they did have left was Spring Ridge 15mins away and Mountain Reflections 40 mins away. (What do you guys want?) I have to call back and reconfirm otherwise we loose our Top of the mountain booking.

So Top of the mountain for three days is $760. We need to pick which day to have it since we can have it thursday or monday. Each additional night is approx $350. Additional people welcome and will make the costs cheaper. Coach/floor or airmattress (IF individual brings one) may be an option. Maybe we can have a cheaper price for those bunking on the floor?

We will post a plan of the Blue Ridge mountain cruise to DGRR12 as Scottish#1, RXeckless and I plan on doing a leasuire drive down.

Wow, you guys have been busy. Looks like I have nothing to do except pay some people and fill my tank and go. LOL.

Well, Im not going to be able to go to school so I'm not missing this again. Let me know a PayPal address and I'll send you the money this weekend. Going to get registered this weekend as well.

orion84gsl 12-13-11 01:26 PM

Damn, didn't check the list. I'll be happy on the floor though.

IAN 12-13-11 01:53 PM

Cabin 220 Top of the mountain paid for for Thursday Friday and Saturday. Killer deal for those or you interested to stay Sunday as well.

So please let me know if we all want to be there thursday. Keep in mind we are taking the Blue Ridge skyway going down and the pace will be relaxed. Figure we can rush back. So who wants to plot routes:)

Again passenger seat open if required to share expenses. (Unless my brother is going)

Orion84 GSL. Bring air mattress. I am sure we can all split the expenses. Much better to have more people to cut costs down. You can sleep on the floor in my room beside me:) No snoring!!! (Speak up guys (Original registered guys) if you don't want any others bunking in!)

I wondered what + goose was. LOL. I'm pretty sure there is one room with two twins... So we have 7 people confirmed now. This will make the cabin cheap. Beds will be in order who confirmed staying.

Buggy 12-14-11 06:07 AM

I'm up for whatever you guys have planned. I'll make sure I book off the appropriate days.

Neo 12-14-11 08:15 AM

You guys are killing me... I have so many uncertain things... Just wish I was able to commit this early in the game.
Probably won't find out for sure until a month before the event. :(

Ok. Price is approx $120 per person. Give or take $1 or so. This is for three days. Option is 4th night for $350 which apparently is 50% off the normal price per day for those who would like to stay longer. Let me know how you would like to pay. Direct deposit, cash, etc.

Soon my friends we will be a going...

Buggy 01-11-12 04:52 PM

I'll make sure to supply you with a few beers to make up the 5 bucks. On another note, how is the route planning going? I'd like to book the time off of work soon so I need an idea of what days to book off.

I'm not worried about your $5. Didn't realize they charge so much via paypal so if another method of payment can be had from the rest of the guys that would be great. RXeckless and Scottish#1 and I in the past were discussing blue ridge? on the way down. Would like to take a scenic route down. Should start planning soon.

Scottish#1 01-11-12 05:35 PM

A snap. Lucky guy. Probable pounding back the TripleX beer and cervesas (Spelling?)

When he gets back we can hook up at his place, do some mods on the FD (Or your car?) and figure a route down...

orion84gsl 01-11-12 11:31 PM

I'm recovering from a two week unpaid "vacation" I didn't want, but as soon as I'm back in the black I'll get the money to you.
