Whats the easiest swap?

Hey guys, im new to the fc platform, i have a 91 rx7 with a bad motor (previous owner let it overheat) im looking for a cheap swap that can handle around 5-600hp, doesn’t necessarily have to be cheap, or one of the easier swap, i was thinking ls or 2j but i also want to stay manual, any suggestions?

Still not cheap though, but I don't know if any swap really is once it's all said and done..
