Fujita Eng. (FEED) RX7 Build
Hello everyone,
I got my RX7 back in March 2015. The previous owner had already done a 1JZ Swap way back in 2011. It's still on the same engine 9 years on but I do plan on going back to rotary. Probably a 20B swap if I can save up for it. IG: fahadzk7 Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMf...mu4RnLC633pd9w https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rx7...e225491beb.jpg 15/03/2015 |
The RX7 came with a replica C-West Style Bumper and I guess homemade side skirts? The first think I did was to change the bodykit.
I managed to source a complete ING's+1 N-Spec RX7 Kit. (Front Bumper, Side Steps and Rear Bumper) I also changed the wheels from 19" Sevas S-Star to Volk Racing CE28's. 18X8 | 18X9.5 https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rx7...f833b3ef8b.jpg 21/06/2015 |

I always hated the hood on my car, it was a FRP Hood that looked like a Tech2 Hood but was much lower.
I managed to get an authentic FEED FRP Hood from my friend who did a 1JZ Tech2 Swap on his Spirit R. https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rx7...335281f7a3.jpg 13/12/2015 To fit the hood I was planning on getting my engine lowered which meant that the steering rack had to be lowered. The engine was sitting at the lowest point possible with a 1" gap between the rack and the oil pan. I still have the stock subframe on my car with custom mounts for the 1jz swap. When I heard when the engine is lowered they cut the subframe and etc and chances for bumpsteer increase. I decided against it. I was looking at the my car and saw that the OEM Intake manifold is the highest point on the engine. So I removed it and also had to remove some Turbo IC piping and the FEED Hood almost closed, touching the cam cover though. Aftermarket Intake Manifold, cam cover removed and little cutting of the hood skeleton and the hood FIT!!! https://cimg0.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rx7...6b14f95110.jpg 17/02/2016 https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rx7...96d37f1e47.jpg 09/03/2016 https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rx7...6941839fde.jpg 10/04/2016 |
FEED obsession started with the FEED Hood.
Fujita Eng. (FEED) LED Tail Lights. At this point the car had a FEED Hood, FEED Sonic HS-R Exhaust, FEED Gearknob and the LED Tail Lights. https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.rx7...68d2ced901.jpg 23/05/2016 |

yea, my favourite aftermarket tail lights. When they are off they look like stock 99 spec tails and when they turn on they are super bright and they look much more modern then the big circles in the stock 99 tail lights. |
i actually really like your C-West kit, and the toyota 1jZ is an awesome motor. i wouldn't change a thing!

Ran the car on this setup for 2 years, got bored of it and wanted to do a full resto-mod rebuild.
