bahahahahha what gave that away? the broke corner on the right? or the chocolate melted in the fans? or the cracked monitor housing? or the fact that it is up against the wall simply because the monitor hinge is broken and cant hold itself up This HP is a champ and still running!

just prototyped Version 2.0 of our Transmission spacer!

Version 2 Features Garfinkles Motorsports "Oil-less/cooler-less" concept!

The transmission spacer allows you to run more transmission fluid thus taking longer to reach max temps. The additional tubes allow air flow directly through the transmission case now providing cooling!

A lot of JDM companies have made them, we are simply revising them to our liking and offering them in the USA

Plus most JDM companies seem to make it for their TA cars and not offer it to the public. they simply use it for what it is, a flat panel skin. We are focusing more on the aesthetics of it as well we want clean lines, and for it to form nicely around the door. We're simply making pretty track parts

So the Plug for the door panel is now done! However we ran out of more supplies (we had some paint go bad) womp womp. now another delay, and having to wait for another shipment to arrive.... BUT we have more details/pricing!

These prices are not set, but are the targeted prices. Our Intro pricing (for the pair):
Fiberglass- $450
Carbon Fiber overlay- $600
Full Carbon Fiber- $750

Full plug and play. All necessary hardware will be included, along with door pull strap (Availible in various colors) Parts will be made to order, and can take up to two weeks before shipment. All parts are made in house by resin infusion. This insures the proper Glass/CF to resin ratio, for weight and strength. The carbon fiber will come in 2x2 twill only. Shipping will be $25 anywhere in the US.

teaser pic of the plug

Back to basics....... got the dash out. man i forgot what a PITA that thing is to get out of the car.... damn ebrake and shifter always get in the way...

As she sits..

So the major Interior plans are as follows:
Rewire car- I hate where i placed the fuses/relays/battery. (behind driver seat in bin) PITA to access. and well, I trouble shoot a lot. Battery dies often and pulling it out from behind bucket seats/roll bar in the way= no fun. So i want to break everything down to bare minimum and make a fuse/relay panel that will be EASILY accessible and everything will be triggered by toggle switches...

Dash- mine sucks. I bought suede to re wrap it but the suede i got is near impossible to stretch. I dont want to sew a cover so im going to remake a dash. also my glove box doesnt work and i want to get rid of the ac panel. a nice simple dash will be sweet. Im thinking something simple and clean like the s2000 dash. i want to incorporate my fuse/relay panel in a "glove" box of some sort. also since im going to get rid of the factory AC/heat i want to try creating more space by recessing the dash back a little more. and since im only reusing the stock cluster (all my stupid plastics have broken tabs) i will be remaking a trans tunnel cover as well.

Headliner- I want to incorporate more suede into the car, to have a "new-er" car feel instead of all the old vinyl crap feeling. so i figured, if im gonna re wrap the headliner, why not modify it to try and get a little more head room? i also run a wink mirror and no visors so i want to smoothen the "recess area" in and shave it on both pass/dr side to see if i can get a few fraction more of an inch...

Interior plastics- I've decided to gut the trunk and paint it white. however i would still like to keep the rear speaker plastics and something in the bin area. I havent figure out what yet but more to come on that...

Roll bar- is out I think i might try modifying it and then welding it into the car... but im unsure atm.

Door panels- Of course ill be rocking CF bubble tech door panels =)

Hope to bang this out by the end of January so I can begin sculpting the body kit, then have the car painted....... then engine bay.............. ahhh times ticking!!!

With the headliner completely removed how much more vertical head room is gained?

Also, those are some ambitious project plans....good luck

not really sure since i removed the seats already... main reason i took it out is i want to carve out the recessed area for the visors.. so i figured try gaining some head space while im at it.. if i cant, oh well.

ambitious? ohhh yeah, im pre freaking out already. its gonna be a hectic race to get it done for DGRR...............

Thanks Gordon, I'll try to post as many pics as I can... its tough to take pictures while working cuz it really messes up my work flow. And you're right, although it is a "crazy" list, 95% of the modifications im making is simplifying things...

Some mock up pics of the dash in progress... im designing as I go... its not quiet there but this is roughly where im going... it will most likely be a suede top with CF trim pieces...

the dash skin should be pretty quick and easy... the internals.. well that will be fun. im removing all the factory a/c and heat... Its a bunch of excess ducting and crap. I will be simplifying it with my own blower/heater/ a/c unit. litterally a blower for heat and a blower for cold. on of switch, done. this will also allow me to push the dash closer to the firewall giving my passenger more leg room
