Oh, I enjoy the trip so I'll keep doing it! details are the same as previous years.. we meet in Asheville for breakfast and then eventually end up in Cherokee to setup camp, build a fire, grill some food, and have a good time with great friends.

So, who's in? I've gotten the Group Site #3 again.

 

Well, I stopped by for two reasons:

1. To let you guys know that I'm not dead yet.
2. To find out when this event was going to be held, with the intention of attending this year.

Unfortunately, that weekend is my birthday, and my beloved wife has been laboring furiously to assemble a surprise party for me (don't tell her I know).

If it were only one week later...

 

maybe the party is a trip down for this?!?!? HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! sorry we will miss you this year, possibly next year...
