Injector size for NA 6 port running E95

I've got a 1987 NA that I'm going to be using as a race car and want to run E95 (if I can find it, may have to rethink for E85). Since NA's are supposedly a little rich anyway, would switching to smaller injector be good (say a 440cc instead of a 460cc)?

I want to make around 240-250 WHP, will be running Megasquirt II with the latest PC board, no cat. converter (no street running) or any emissions equipment, and a large streetport (if that's even advisable).

You need to run larger injectors not smaller. 550's from a TII would be about right in terms of size.

Ethanol is not going to give you more power on an n/a. In fact the opposite will be true. You'll get less and you'll get worse mileage in the process.

Yeah, I was thinking like a piston-head. That, and the fact that it would be just like adding 93 to a car that takes 85.

Well, I'm still going to go with Ethanol, just E85 now and turbocharge it instead. I want to make power, I might as well make a good bit of it. Since I'm selling my E30 BMW without the T3/T4 turbo I have, this is going to be perfect. I just now have to read about what advantages to take with the 6 port to make it work with the turbo. On to more reading, I guess.

Turbo charge that n/a and put that slightly higher compression to good use.

I keep getting mixed reviews about what to run in the RX, but I think I've decided to ditch the rotary and go with something I know, is cheap, and I can find all day, everyday, and that's a Ford 5.0L swap. Not sure if I'm going to do E85 or not with the 5.0, though, so I'll keep thinking. Guess is the best thing about still being early in a project.

a race car with 250 hp? what kind of racing are you going to do? and 250 hp can be easily made in a rotary. it's also possible with the 5.0 but it's heavier. WEIGHT think about it. just my 2 cents as i'm no genius.
