Thumbs down Thats it!

Now Im really tired of this crap, 6 months have past and money spent on dyno with an experienced tuner, ignition is very bad (not the map but the lack of power). On the dyno there were 30rwkw loss using the AEM compared to stock using the same A/F ratio and boostsettings.
It just does not work properly with the E-spec cars.

Today I was trying to install the new 1.03 software, my computer is recently cleaned and reinstalled, I only uses AEM software in it (car use only). when installing the fin file the shitty software just locks itself and makes my ecu offline all the time.

Now Im really mad! AEM does not even have the guts to have their e-mail address on their homepage. Thats BAD! does anyone have it? I want my money back on this thing.

Does the "experienced" tuner actually have AEM experience? Is he AEM certified?
