Using a second mac solenoid for pre spool.

I have read and searched a lot and have came up empty handed.

Is it possible to wire a second mac solenoid to the stock turbo pre-spool instead of using the stock solenoid. I don't want to use the stock one because I removed the hardlines to fit my FFE fuel rails without a banjo bolt and I don't want to run silicone hoses back and forth.

I currently have a mac solenoid plumbed to both the wastegate and pre spool known as the secondary method and I cant get the second turbo to come online.

The boost starts to fall from 11lbs at 3000ish to 3-4 at 7000.

I know it isn't the other solenoids because I have them replaced by the kit AzEKnights developed.

Is this even possible or am I crazy to try.
I'm using BNR stage 3s if that helps

I don't see why it would be any different. As long as it is plumbed in the same you should have full control of that function.

attached is a log of a 1st and 2nd gear pull than a 2nd gear pull I cant seem to figure out the boost for first I get full boost in 2nd with a smooth transition but almost nothing in 1st I changed the prespool over to the mac valve and double checked all of the vacuum routing and electrical connections all look normal. Do you guys have any idea what might be the cause and any idea on the solution.

Try and do the pull in 4th gear. 3rd gear min. Start from a low "Boggy" RPM. 1st and second gear pulls are going to be hard to record. Also, looks like you might have a Vac- leak or low compression. Is the engine Ported? Also if you don't hold the gas all the way down... you won't get an accurate reading. When you do the pulls. Step on the Gas pedal 100%. Looking at your TPS..you let off a bit here and there. Good luck brotha! hope that helped a lil at least!

It may be hard to find an adaptronic specific answer on here, these forums seem to be rather slow sometimes and you are the first I've seen driving your precontrol with a mac. I'll to pull you into an email chain I have with a guy that I know who can for sure can help you out or I can point him this direction tomorrow.

I removed the OMP so am using on of the input/outputs there for some turbo controls. I have the plug in play model for the Adaptronic FYI.

I have the same solenoid kit as you.
I am interested in how you used the MOP outputs, I like the idea and wonder if I could use them for direct fire.
I also removed my MOP do you think I could wire it for direct fire and continue to keep my twins sequential. I noticed your dwell times are aggressive for waisted spark so I'm guessing you have direct fire.
This would be awesome if I could maximize my coils.

Yes I'm running direct fire, bought the Sakebomb kit and used there instructions to run direct fire.. I'll have to have a look at my wiring diagram I have. Have all the mod's skech'd out on that. I may post a copy after I get home. It's a simple wire change to run direct fire If i remember correctly.

Did you just change the aux outputs or did you wire the solenoids to the MOP wiring. If I could reproduce your setup for direct fire that would be awesome.

What coils are you using? Like I said i used the Sake bomb kit. Came with a harness and it plugged right in. Only needed to make 1 change to make it work in direct fire. There are tons of posts in here now that have the pinout for direct fire for the adaptronic.

I know how to wire the direct fire portion what I am asking is how did you get the precontrol to still work, if I simply change the aux outputs in WARI and invert them the solenoids are not getting any power that's what I am asking not the direct fire portion that's easy wire it into the diagnostic port.

Sorry been so busy at work.. And it's been 2+ years. My notes suck... But it looks like I used 4L and or 4J on the factory pin for twin turbo precontrol. AUX7 in the adaptronic. Wired the solenoids to the MOP wiring
