I would assume that a dealer would be capable of also providing a tuning service, but if they aren't rotary specific I'd be hesitant. If you need help there are a number of us on here who can weigh in and get your sorted.

Justin Linder has quite a bit of experience with tuning Rx7's. I am not sure if he does the tuning aspect any more or if he has someone he trusts do it. Best thing would be to contact him. LPS Fab or Linder Power Systems
