sport compact car article

I was looking through this magazine at work and found an article about a 3rd gen owned by Ashley Brown. aparently she is making 380 whp with the stock sequentials and it is reliable enough to daily drive.

the car has very similar mods to mine, anyone know if she is on the forum or were we could find her fuel map?

First of all, that was a CLAIMED 380whp and not dyno-verified. Even if the car does produce that power, it's not running the 91-octane we get to love up on in California. Finally, from the sound of it, the tune no doubt cost money given that her tuner "spent countless hours tuning the A'PEXi Power FC ECU to get everything dialed in just right" (Oyoung 71). I doubt she'd part with the tune for free or cheap, if at all.

Hellloooo, this is Ashley... that's my baby in SCC... I do have my fuel map (and all tuning specs) on my laptop, but I can't seem to successfully back it up to any source since it's in the datalogit program. It's the only computer I have datalogit installed on, but I cannot go online with that computer because it has a years-long issue with spyware caused by my ex-boyfriend's visits to unsecure, cheap free **** sites (people, please use RedTube and these problems won't happen, lol!). I hope and pray each day that my laptop doesn't crash. I'd be more than happy to share any info with you all in any way I can though!!!

Ashley: My 24 year old Son lives in North Wales, PA (just NW outside Philly). He is an IT expert and if you live in that neck of the woods I'm sure he could get your laptop
cleaned up or at least extract a backup. He is no hack; BS in Computer Science and works for J&J in IT. He usually doesn't mind helping people out. PM me if interested.

Just save the datalogit file to a disc and transfer it to another pc. There are no restrictions with my datalogit software, been sharing these files for years.

Nice ride Ashley! I was glad to finally see a Clean FD in SCC. It has been a long time coming since SCC featured a rotary AND didn't have any negative comment about our engine's many misunderstood problems.

It is too bad they didn't get a picture of you, they commented you were quite the eye catcher as well.

Again, good job on the 7

Upon first glance at the article I swore it was the "return of Project RX-7"! The car even had the white TE37 Volks just like SCC's Project RX-7. It was a total fake out. Not that I was at all disappointed. You have a spectacular car. Congratulations on your feature in SCC. Hopefully I will soon be the proud owner of an R2 RX-7. I have a prospect I am working on right now. Brilliant Black 1995 R2.
