Quarter times all motor*
most all motor 1/4 mile times i see on the net are periphial port or 3 rotor..what kind of times are guys runing with 13b all motor, carb...thats my class...street trim daily driven...i'm intrested in knowing..see if i'm in the ball park.

Some more details of the car would help like weight, year etc.

BESIDES ALL THE BOLTONS WHAT DO YOU HAVE DONE TO THE MOTOR????? what gears do you have in the diff , msd or no msd, size of your slicks+ compund ,jetting on the carb ,timming , suspension ,weight transfer

well i belive its the stock 4.11 posi in the rear..no msd,street tires,just lowerd suspension,more rear than front..the motor is a stock port.
***i'm just asking..i have no problem taking the car down my hometown strip..i started this thread by wanting to know how are others doing all-motor^^because i'm still wanting to build a motor of my own and still stuck on porting,and nitrous....

10.89 1.31 60' 121.156 mph street trim 13b bridgeport ford 9 inch, 26x8.5 toyo drag slicks for the 1/4 and 25x9 for the 1/8th on a holley 750 cfm and arco gas 87 octane just finished tearing down the whole car to drop some weight cause i aint going on no diet switching out to methanol this time around so i will let u know how we do... now this is not a solo operation with the help from a good friend MAC aka 13BNOS and the macdaddy of them all JESUS "KILO" PADILLA our goal is to run a 10.00 n/a @ 1950lbs on my car with a manual transmission

I would say he's running 5.12's or maybe 6.00 out back am I getting close? And yes, Kilo is the man by the way!
If you don't have money for a ford 9" then here is something that could take up to a second off of your times http://www.mazdatrix.com/g6.htm cost a few bucks but well worth it. You want the 5.12's.
