I don't have a compression checker but if your have thoughts of building the motor anyway then i say say save the money and don't do the compression check and use that money to build the motor.
what do you charge for a rebuild for lets say,
i bring the car in.
you have all the parts, you take the motor out, rebuild it, reinstall it, and tune it to run as stock and strong as possible? hypothetically? haha
gotta start saving now.

Those are some clean welds. I wish most shops took pride in their work like that. The only shops I know that do quality work like that charge an arm and a leg. You get what you pay for.
Im a shop trying to come up, and in order to keep my customers, i have to keep my prices low. Cuz i want my customers to keep coming back and i always want new customers. Thanks for the comment
We started this project on April 19th finish the front mount intercooler on April 22nd. This guy love the final product and i hope you guys do too!!!

This Teddy's little brother just got done with the red fc around 9:00 and finally get to relax again and get back to my car but i am pretty impressed with the way the fmic setup came out for a couple of days work starting from scratch
I couldn't be happier with this job! I'd put this job against any shop out there!
I will definitely be using 12**31 again. Already discussing next jobs with them.
Seriously guys, thanks again!
Bill
P.S.- You've earned a spot on the race car now!
