How dangerous of a gesture it is to ask people to sign away their rights if you are planning to block their cars from leaving prior to 2:30 PM, regardless of an emergency or anything.

Phil, you said on the phone at 10:08PM EST (during a call that lasted 18m 29s) that you wanted help informing ALL people parking for the event that they could NOT leave before 2:30 on Saturday, regardless of an emergency or any other situation.

Not interested in you pulling a fast one on anyone. How scary.

Stina

PS- Funny how you talked to me about all of this the night before you posted the waiver, and failed to mention anything about it.

Kinda silly to think that the people working the event would block a car in an emergency event....

What are you talking about??? The waiver has nothing to do with the time of parking or signing your rights away, ect. You obviously dont understand waivers or legal obligation very well. The waiver is because Phil has the car show area rented in his name and you must sign a waiver because it is NOT public domain. You sign a waiver saying that Phil is not responsible for you or your actions and you have no rights to sue him.

A post like this really makes me question your motives. Is there a reason you would want Phil to be responsible for your actions? Do you plan on doing something wrong or trying to set up a situation where you can try to sue him??? If not then you have NOOOO reason not to sign the waiver.

Jon and Phil clarified things tonight at the meeting this evening about parking and what the waiver truly is for. I'll make life easier for everyone and keep my opinions to myself from now on about this event. Any specific questions I will direct in PMs to those involved.

Thank you for having the meeting this evening. It settled alot of nerves of several people who were concerned. I just have a bigger mouth.
