*****RX Club of Ontario First Meet Ever*****
Who was the drunkard that wouldn't let go of my hand and when asked to be Identified he asked If I'm going to the Niagra Meet?
Although I came late I see that this was a gathering to be taken seriously, where something was actually being done to promote a structured unity of Rotary-powered cars under the RX Ontario Club.
I look forward, as I'm sure with all other members, to see the structure of what our new Club will be built on.
Good job guys!

Good turn-out! Not sure about 60 - 70 ppl. But this was definatly a nice meet. Bar the misshaps on the way there and the running for 60km in red on the fuel guage on the way back cause we missed the last gas station before ottawa. All in all a good meet.. But i doubt the ottawa meet is going to seem small in comparison.
Definatly something to do every year towards the end of april to kick off the season though.

Well I counted fifty cars at 3pm and I guessed there were about 20 people not in their RXs. Regardless there were enough people to get the planning committee motivated to make this a summer to remember.
And Joe, when Bill sobers up get him on the forum to defend himself and his love of Coors. I think he has become the unofficial mascot.

Just don't aim it at his head - you'll waste the charge.
And a 6 pack of tall boys......boarderline alcoholic lol j/k
Awesome turnout everyone!! For the past two weeks I was very disapointed in the weather as I new this would deter many RX-7 Owners to bring their awesome cars (I'd be the same). I was excited about the meet but seeing those 7's rolling in really put a smile on my face. After this weekend it's easy to see that we are in the making of a great club.
Look forward to the next one!

When you are ready let me know. I would need you to come with us and show you around the route and other areas. Like I said the route isn't the problem, the rest of the details are.
I am so rightously pissed at not being able to make it. Unfortunatly, I didn't get out of work until after 5pm... ARGHHH!
Well, I've already booked off my two days for the Ottawa meet, so I'll be there for sure.
And I've got two days off now to get my car put back together...
Still it was nice to finally meet the KW guys who actually showed up

Thanks to all (minus Bill) for a great time. I wish that I had brought my FB instead of the Matrix. But since I had to ditch it on the way down...better my wife's car than mine
Bill...Bill...Bill...what can I say? He came with Joe's car so I would assume that when the time comes for him to sell his car (and it will) Bill will probably still be part of the package...passed out in the hatch. Perhaps in that case, the car would have to be parted out and certain parts sent to the "wreckeders."
In case you're wondering about the Grey/Bruce meet in July...no...we're not all like Bill. He's from a separate gene puddle. (puddle-o-booze).

Congrats to Lawyers Spirit and all those who attended the 1st meeting. I had planned on attending however time was to tight yesterday.
To the Grey Bruce guys - I look forward to getting together this summer. If you need any help organizing the meet or tour let me know.
