Wish me luck.....I'm goin in

This weekend I will start attacking my charge control error I'm getting. I'm going to go ahead and do the hose tech vacuum hose upgrade while I'm at it. I'm also installing a new stock ecu, alum ast, spark plugs and wires, fpd, fuel filter, change diff oil....and on an on...I think I'll have to call in sick on monday! lol.

Anyone wanna help? There's free beer and a nice fillet mingon on the grill for any takers. I could use some help troubleshooting.

Oh and not only that, but I have to replace my exhaust manifold on my jeep too. fun fun.

Justgotmine,

Best of luck, but beyond luck...

Download Item #7 pdf file and read. Very important. Also if you go with Viton (expensive), use the English sizes 1/8" ID and 1/4" ID instead of the metric 4 mm and 6 mm. Reason is that the 4 and 6 mm hoses in the McMaster-Carr listing have wall thicknesses of only 1 mm. They will collapse under vacuum. The English sizes have 1/8" wall thickness (3.17 mm) and will stay open under at least 25 in Hg vacuum (personal experiences and tests).
