LOL! Steve, let me know when you order one, I've been wanting to do this forever and keep forgetting. Might as well get them both at the same time

if you go under the NEW AND USED JDM PARTS in the bottom left hand corner then go to FD PARTS LIST you will see them.

I had bought mine off of ebay for 85 dollars back in October of 2003. I think it was actually being sold by the guy's at rotary preformance, but I'm not sure if he still has any for sale...

For those of you interested, it's a really solid piece, and provides a comfy little cushion for your elbow while driving. To be honest, $85-90 bucks is pretty steep for it, but it IS a factory piece, which obviously hikes the price a bit.

I read a thread a while back and they were talking because it is a JDM product that it was meant for a RHD and lifted up on one side. Not a big deal but can any of you that bought this, can you comment on that? thanx

Here's my review of the part -

http://www.clubrx.org/default.asp?id...ntent=19&mnu=3

Really, this thing is GREAT - far more useful than the joke of an ashtray. It seems to fit the '94-95 center console plastic better than the '93's, though. Fit is just a *little* off, but it's nothing worth worrying about.

To the fellow looking for the JDM site - you may be thinking of http://www.jt-imports.com which had a ton of good JDM RX-7 parts. The site closed up shop earlier this year, though.

http://www.rx7.com (Rotary Performance) does sell the armrest/storage bins. They do occasionally list them on Ebay for a bit of a discount - that's how I got mine.

Dale

I saw one of these on a FD at sevenstock. It looked great. A nice upgrade to the center console. Fitment was very good. Easily popped in and out. The only issue was that it opened from the passenger side. Not a big deal. I should get one .

Actually I plan on getting one too. Rest my elbow, store change, store my ipod, drop in the syringe I found under the seat from the previous owner, WTF???? Really, when I cleaned out under the seats last weekend, I found a syringe.

I think your "cheap bastard" status would be in jeopardy if you spent $100 on a armrest.

I wouldn't spend $100 for an armrest. They are only $89 plus $10 shipping. Do you think I am an idiot or something???

Got my armrest today

Fitment is perfect. No issues at all. Snaps right in, and fits like it is supposed to. Very comfortable under my arm. I don't know about the rest of you, but I sometimes would hit my elbow on the rear rise in the console when shifting from 1st to 2nd. That won't happen now.

I'm a happy customer
