15k, or every 2 years, depending on how much you drive the car

with how fickle these engines can be.. i would say whenever you feel like it, but at least every 15-30k or 2 years.

Personally, the first time is a chore, after that you can get it done pretty quickly, however, it is still a pain in the rear if your fuel filter is in the stock location.

15k miles max. Its initially a pain in the *** but once relocated it becomes a 10 minute affair.

Mine only has about 5k on it, but I think its plugged up. I replaced it, put about 1000 miles on, car went down for year and a half, put another 2k and suddenly I only get 22psi fuel pressure. Guess sitting for a long time is hard on filters. I'm going to relocate mine when I do it now, that looks alot easier to get to!
