the a/c condenser core (just the core) weighs about 5.5 pounds (i just happened to measure it a few days ago).

I will weigh the heater core and the hvac unit (minus the blower assembly) when i get home. If i have time i will measure the rear seats again.



Edit: The central hvac unit with the heater core weighs about 6.4 pounds.
