Well, I haven't seen coolant bubbles in my oil before, but does your car spew white smoke at start-up? Especially, if the car has been sitting for a couple days? If it does. that mean your coolant seals are gond and you need to get e rebuild.

A bad outer O-ring at the bottom of the engine, between the engine and pan would do it.

You need to do a leak down/pressure test on the coolant system. Also, is the dipstick in your coolant resevoir tank blackish? Does the exhaust smell sweet when it's smoking? How many miles since rebuild/new?

Also, is it hard to start sometimes? And when it does start, is it very rough and lumpy, with huge clouds of smoke? If so, it's money time (rebuild).
