weird engine problem

well , i just put my FD back together and drove it around and stuff. engine feels strong and turbos sound good, however, a part of my wiring harness got caught on the steering rod inside the engine bay and ripped 3 wires apart. I have since mended these wires and everything is back to the way it should be. however now the car wont idle and runs kinda bad. I checked compression because i thought it was a bad apex but i got 115 on each rotor all 3 faces. So then i jumped the Diag. box and got a Map sensor code. The sensor however i just got from fritz flynn and it worked the last time i drove the car. I tested the wires like the shop manual says and it was 1.8 volts with the map UNplugged when is should be 2.36 - 2.78. so my question is, was it possible when i ripped the wires out that it shorted out my map sensor or ? Im going to get a new map tomo and test to make sure thats the problem. Like i said compression is 115 so that means the motor isn't blown ... any ideas on how the map could have just gone bad that fast ?

Check what teh color of the wires are that were damage and see if any of this are the same as ones that goto the map sensor. Which part fo your wiring harness was close enough to your steering rod to my damaged?

was the oil sending unit near the oil filter, thats the only wire that got cut, the other ones just got the plastic ripped off. I traced the map sensor wires but none seem to run past that area. it seems like the car keeps flooding to , i dont know why

forgot to mention ... i havent changed the plugs from when the engine flooded, just cleaned them off, i dont konw if this would cause the engine to seem to keep flooding or not

1.8volts is the idle reading, you should get 2.6 volts with ignition on. You might want to look at the fuel pump resistor, and see if the wires are ok, or damaged. It is located under the brage booster.
