^ Sweet, that will be lot's of fun for you guys. And on the plus side of having to run the Continentals, you'll now have a fresh set of tires for your use and to avoid hydroplaning all over the place :icon_tup:

I appreciate all the support! I'll do my best.

Let me know if for some reason you need an autocross driver. I work with a 2 time national champ who could possibly assist. He has experience with rotaries. Either way is fine. May come out to the Dyno and track sessions to lend some moral support as well!

Donation made in support of a club member.
Now, let's see some more members show their support ! While most of us will never build a true challenger for an event like this, we can each add our small token of support and in that way, partake in gently reminding others of the fear they should feel when they hear a rotary in full song. Give em hell ! |
Bump for a worthy cause. The event is next week so keep those donations coming. This is a great way to show support for the rotary community.

Man you guys are awesome. If the people that contributed would pm me their cell numbers, I will have my brother (who will be with me) text updates and pics from the event. That can be another way you can be closer to the event.
I took my car to the dyno and did a few short pulls (only to about 6k) just to re-verify the tune and boost with a high flow cat. Everthing looked goo, my wide band agreed with their and didn't touch a thing. Also did a few road test today at higher rpm. With the new tires, 2 of us had to sit in the hatch and it still spun some. The dyno at the event is a dynapak so wheel spin won't be a problem. Anyway, we are leaving Tuesday afternoon. Again, I've been blown away by people's generosity. I really appreciate it. I will do my best to represent the rotary. We know going out there that we'll have the best looking car! Can't beat an FD. Then we'll show'em we got the "go" to go with the "show". |
